Keynote Speaker
Zeev Neuwirth, M.D., Senior Medical Director of Population Health, Atrium Health
Zeev Neuwirth MD currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Population Health for Atrium health. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Neuwirth served as the Senior Medical Director for Primary Care Services and the Chief Clinical Executive of the Atrium Health Medical Group - a group consisting of approximately 2000 providers, which proactively provides medical care to over 1.1 million primary care patients, and serves a community of over 2 million people in the greater Charlotte area.
All sessions will be audio and slide sync recorded. Recordings will be available in the event app for 30 days after the event concludes.

***Guest Fee
The SOA provides a variety of registration options for guests of attendees. A significant other, friend or family member of the attendee who is over the age of 18 is considered a guest (or non-business affiliate). One guest per registrant is allowed. Members of an actuarial organization and recruiters are not considered guests and must register at the appropriate member or nonmember fee listed above. Guest fee does not include attendance at sessions or luncheons.

Confirmation of your hotel reservation is issued by the hotel. If you have not received a confirmation number prior to your departure for Baltimore, please call the hotel to make sure your reservation has been received.
Early Departures
During check-in, all guests will need to verify their departure date. At that time, you may change your departure date without penalty. Any guest who departs before the confirmed departure date may be charged an early departure fee.
Cancellations
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge.

First-Time Attendee Highlights
Welcome to your first SOA Health Meeting! Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Grab your distinct ribbon and add it to your ID badge, then look for others with the same color.
Meet fellow first timers at Sunday’s Mix and Mingle reception at a designated area. Take time throughout the meeting to unwind at the First-Time Attendee Lounge on the 3rd floor and discuss your session experiences with new peers.
Find the Crab Scavenger Hunt
Keep your eyes open! Each day, Sunday – Wednesday, several small, colorful toy crabs will be hidden throughout the SOA meeting space. Locate them while they are fresh because every day a new set of crabs will be released into the wild (meeting space) to find and snap a photo with. Be sure to release these crabs back into the wild for all to find. Earn points by snapping a picture with these crabs through the Goosechase app.

Wellness Experiences
Quiet Room / Zen Den
Need to step away from the main action of the meeting? The Quiet Room will be available during the conference and is intended as a quiet, calm space where attendees can spend time away from the noise, lights, and other stimuli of the event spaces. This room is not available for conversations or meetings.
Yoga
A combination of applying healing modalities such as meditation, movement and sound (chimes, singing bowls and an ocean drum) to create a full mind and body experience to relax, feel good and allow the mind and body to feel at peace. Marissa Walch is a certified full-time wellness, yoga and fitness professional and is excited to share this practice with each one of you whether you are new to yoga or a long-time student. Fun Run/Walk
The Inner Harbor Promenade is the center of Baltimore. This out-and-back 5K route will go by all the major waterfront landmarks. If you are looking for a low-impact scenic route, this is the place for you!
