2022 Board Election Results
The Society of Actuaries (SOA) announces the results of the 2022 Board of Directors Elections. Five Board members and one President-Elect and Vice-Chair have been elected to serve starting with the 2022–2023 term. Thank you to all SOA members who voted in the 2022 election.

Congratulations to Timothy Rozar, FSA, MAAA, CERA, who will serve as the 2022–2023 SOA President-Elect and Vice-Chair. He will be the 75th SOA president. Rozar has served as a member of the SOA Board of Directors, as chair of the Product Development Section Council and InsurTech Task Force, and as a member of the Research Executive Committee, Technology Section Council, and Committee on Life Insurance Research. Rozar is currently on the Board of Directors of the United Way of St. Louis, the National Leadership Council of Maryville University, and the advisory board of The Longer Life Foundation, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis, and as President of the St. Louis Actuaries Club.
During his term Rozar will lead the SOA Board of Directors. Along with his fellow Board members, Rozar will vote on important strategic decisions to ensure they will fit within the SOA Long-Term Growth Strategy and Strategic Plan.
For the 2022–2023 term starting in October, Timothy Rozar, FSA, MAAA, CERA, will serve as the president-elect, joining John W. Robinson, FSA, FCA, MAAA, who will serve as SOA president for the 2022–2023 term. Jennifer L. Gillespie, FSA, MAAA, will serve as past president for the 2022–2023 term.
