2022 Board Member Candidate
Lisa Kuklinski, FSA 1995, MAAA 1996
FTI Consulting
Managing Director
New York, NY
Election Message:
I’m really proud of what the Board accomplished in my first term, and I’m also proud of the contributions that I was able to make. We have been able to accomplish so much in this challenging time, even during the pandemic. I have been actively engaged, twice chairing the International Committee and currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer. I am seeking re-election to be able to keep this momentum going and provide continuity on the work that I have been involved in, like global expansion.
I firmly believe that the SOA is the premier actuarial organization in the world. However, the declining number of candidates is top of mind, and I am focused on promoting the actuarial profession and engaging potential candidates across the globe. We have strength from diversity, and every decision addressed by the SOA Board needs to consider diversity on many levels. Last but not least, financial discipline and accountability are crucial to a well-run organization, and I have emphasized a metrics-driven approach to monitoring our progress and making sure member dues are put to their highest and best use.
