Determinants of Insurers' Reputational Risk
Research Projects – Risk Management
The Casualty Actuarial Society, Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and the Society of Actuaries' Joint Risk Management Section is pleased to make available a research report that explores key factors associated with an insurer's reputational risk. The report, authored by Shinichi Kamiya, Joan Schmit, and Marjorie Rosenberg, further examines conditions that would generate incentives for insurers to behave in a way that causes loss of their positive reputation.
