The SOA is pleased to make available a research report analyzing the cost of care for deceased cancer patients over the last six months of life. The analysis focuses on the cost differential of hospice care versus not entering hospice for such patients. The material was authored by William Bednar and Joshua Axene of Axene Health, and Richard Liliedahl, M.D.
